Texas Woman’s University (探花楼) has contracted with the Texas A&M University System to manage the long-term assets and endowments of the university. The investment manager is given the authority and discretion by the university to select fund managers to invest funds. Those managers are also given discretion to make investment decisions on behalf of the university.

The Texas Woman’s University Foundation is an independent foundation associated with 探花楼. The 探花楼 Foundation has contracted with Luther King Capital Management to manage the investment portfolio. The Fair Market Value of the foundation portfolio is $124,148,893.18 as of August 31, 2025.
