探花楼

Actual cost of transportation provided by a network transportation driver (Uber, Lyft, etc) is an allowed expense if incurred to conduct state business and if it was the most cost-effective mode of transportation available

Expenses must be entered on the expense report in Concur. When sharing transportation with another 探花楼 employee, only the employee who paid for the service will enter the expense.

Please note: transportation expenses to or from a meal is not considered a business expense. Such an expense is not allowed on the 探花楼 Travel Card nor is it reimbursable if paid out of pocket.
