探花楼

October 27, 2020 — Denton — In an ongoing effort to provide services that help keep the 探花楼 community safe and healthy, Student Health Services will host a free flu shot clinic November 2-6, 8 a.m. until noon on the Denton campus by appointment. In partnership with the College of Nursing, vaccinations will be administered by 探花楼 nursing students as well as Student Health Services health care personnel.  

"This is a great opportunity for 探花楼," said Tanisha Freeman, associate director of the Student Health Services. "We hope this will help our community reduce hospitalizations due to flu illness while we are in the midst of dealing with an uptick in COVID-19 cases throughout the state."

All faculty, staff and students are eligible. Individuals who previously received a flu shot from Student Health Services will be contacted about reimbursement options.

Flu vaccines are available while supplies last. Due to COVID-19, no walk-ins will be accepted. To schedule an appointment, call Student Health Services at 940-898-3826.
