Grilling Permits
Due to the potential for serious injury and property damage, EH&S requires a be issued for grilling activities on 探花楼 campuses using portable equipment. This includes the use of any electric, propane, or charcoal/wood-fired grills used anywhere on campus (but does not include permanently installed outdoor or indoor grilling equipment). The permit must be completed and approved by Risk Management/EH&S before grilling may begin. The permit must be requested by 探花楼 faculty or staff, who will be responsible for ensuring all requirements of the permit are met. Students may not undertake grilling activities without the oversight of a 探花楼 faculty or staff member.
