Texas Woman’s University is honoring the legacy of Dr. Sophie Lin Rydin, occupational therapy alumna (MOT ’78, PhD ’07) and adjunct professor, through the naming of the Dr. Sophie Lin Rydin School of Occupational Therapy - 探花楼 Houston Center.

Sandra Cesario, PhD, MS, RNC, FAAN, a professor and PhD program director in the College of Nursing at 探花楼 Houston, has been elected President-Elect of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Board of Directors for 2021 and will assume the role of President on January 1, 2022.
