Women鈥檚 civic organizations can trace their roots back to the Suffrage and Temperance Movements of the 1800s. The Woman鈥檚 Collection holds the records for several state and national civic organizations. Many of these records can be accessed via the Gateway to Women鈥檚 History or viewed in-person.
