As a physical therapist, Texas Woman鈥檚 alumna Patsy Shropshire (BASc 鈥�84), PT, DPT, CEEAA, focuses on the health and wellness of her patients. She is now expanding that focus by transforming high school tracks into community wellness areas, ensuring that everyone has the ability to make fitness a part of their lives.

As part of their education, Texas Woman鈥檚 physical therapy students need to learn and be tested on their skills before they can work hands-on with patients in clinics. The coronavirus pandemic cut that experience short for students this semester, but they still were able to stay on track thanks to the open-mindedness of Houston professor , and her husband鈥檚 willingness to help.
