SLIS announces 2022 alumni awards

The School of Library and Information Studies celebrated its alumni at the annual Texas Library Association Conference last week. This year, June Johnson (2012), Delaney Daly (2020), and Amber Wessies (2019) were recognized with alumni awards.

Ling Hwey Jeng, School of Library and Information Studies Director, conducted a visiting lectureship on community informatics at National Chengchi University in Taiwan. During the lectureship Jeng presented four lectures to master鈥檚 and doctoral students and gave speeches at the National Central Library and the National Chengchi University Library.
