Technology Projects
The IT Project Management Office (PMO) provides oversight, coordination, and communication for information technology projects across Texas Woman’s University.
This page provides campus constituents with visibility into IT projects currently in progress, including project status, progress, key milestones, and upcoming work, as well as IT Solutions performance, accomplishments, challenges, and major initiatives. Project updates and IT Performance Snapshots are published monthly to provide a consistent view of IT project activity and IT Solutions performance across the university.
These updates support Change Management Communication by helping campus constituents understand what technology changes are underway, how projects are progressing, and what changes may impact the university community.

Project Status
馃煝Green - On Track - The project is progressing as planned
馃煛Yellow - Delayed - The project is experiencing a delay that may affect planned activities or timelines
馃敶 Red - At Risk - The project has significant risks or issues that may affect its timeline, scope, or successful completion
馃數Blue - Completed - The project has completed its planned activities and has reached completion
