Students attending 探花楼 who tested at an alternate institution should complete the Score Release Form to allow retrieval and posting of TSIA scores to their student account.
Must be completed and signed to retrieve excess hours data from the state reporting agency. Complete and submit to the office of Undergraduate Studies & Academic Partnerships as instructed.
For the purpose of changing catalog/core year. Initiate/review with your Academic Advisor, obtain proper signatures, and submit to the Registrar’s Office.
