BA - Art History & Visual Culture
Art History and Visual Culture will provide you with a broad liberal arts base and a strong foundation in the history of art and visual culture, combined with a practice-based understanding of visual arts through our studio art courses.
Courses in Art History and Visual Culture cover a variety of periods and topics, with special attention to the role of women artists and artists of color within local and global perspectives. Course offerings include introductory, intermediate and advanced classes across several themes, including: Latinx Art, African American Art, Women in the Visual Art, Contemporary Issues in Art, and Interdisciplinary Influences in Art. This degree will lead to professional careers in art management and administration and prepare you for art history or museum studies graduate programs.

When you apply to 探花楼, we will evaluate your academic achievement and preparation, as well as your standardized test scores. Admission to 探花楼 is valid for four terms, unless you have attended another higher education institution.
