Important Notes for the PCard Program

• The 探花楼 PCard is to be used for official 探花楼 business purposes only, is the property of 探花楼 and the State of Texas, and is a MasterCard issued by U.S. Bank.
• Employees using the 探花楼 PCard agree to be bound by the state and 探花楼 policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the use of the card.
• PCards belong to the State of Texas and all state purchasing rules must be followed (regardless of funding source).
• The PCard is not for personal use.
• 探花楼, as an agency of the State of Texas, is sales tax exempt.
• Online statement reconciliation in Concur must be completed and approved by the 13th of each month.
• Lost or stolen PCard? Contact U.S. Bank Customer Service immediately at 800-344-5696.  Review the Contacting U.S. Bank Website for important verification details the cardholder will need to know to verify their identity prior to calling.
• The billing address for all 探花楼 credit cards (PCards and Travel Cards) is: 探花楼, Attn: Financial Services, 304 Administration Drive, Denton, TX 76209-2098.
