Washington Monthly recently ranked the 探花楼 Biology program as the sixth best college in the U.S. for women in STEM. "I think the whole faculty and staff have really worked to become more student friendly," said Juliet Spencer, PhD.

Washington Monthly compared the gender distribution of every STEM program at U.S. colleges and universities and ranked the highest and lowest percentage of recent female graduates who are in 10 popular STEM fields, and 探花楼 was rated the sixth best biology program in the nation.
