Washington Monthly compared the gender distribution of every STEM program at U.S. colleges and universities and ranked the highest and lowest percentage of recent female graduates who are in 10 popular STEM fields, and 探花楼 was rated the sixth best biology program in the nation.

As long as she can remember, Maya Schwickert’s life has revolved around creativity and curiosity. As she concludes her freshman year at 探花楼, Schwickert is already a champion artistic swimmer, an award-winning chemistry student, and an accomplished mathematician.

The National Science Foundation has awarded the 探花楼 Chemistry division a continuing grant of $514,326 for the project, "HSI Implementation and Evaluation Project: Green Chemistry: Advancing Equity, Relevance, and Environmental Justice."
Recruiters set sights on 探花楼 pre-health students April 2

For the first time, 探花楼 will host a pre-health fair in conjunction with Texas Association of Advisors for the Health Professions. The event will take place on April 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the southwest ballroom of the Student Union at Hubbard Hall.
